Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India. For International buyers we can cordinate with courier company and get the order shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value and delivery location (state). The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. There are no hidden charges.
3. Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmed payment. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays or due to factors beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the respective courier partner's website.
5. Payment Method
We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All payments must be completed at the time of placing the order.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, cancellation will not be possible. To request a cancellation please contact us immediately via WhatsApp(Contact Us) with your order details.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please report the issue to us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Olive Jewellery is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
