Refund policy

If you receive a DEFECTIVE/ WRONG PRODUCT, you may return your purchase for a refund/exchange within 1 day of order delivery. We don't accept returns other that the above mentioned reasons.

We recommend you to send your return by Indiapost, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC or Delhivery.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags (if any), cards and boxes. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PRODUTS RETURNED IN USED CONDITION.

To make a return write to us at support@olivejewellery.in with your Order no and Product name you want to return.
